Chase Precast Foundation Installation:The Chase Precast foundation systems is a fully insulated water proof concrete foundation wall system with sheetrock on the inside, and chases every two feet for ease of wiring. The system is typically installed in one or two days. The use the Chase Precast foundation wall system will allow for the full walkout basement of this EBS built house to be easily and efficiently finished, thereby greatly increasing the living area and value of the house. Day One
The frost wall panels for the walkout section of the basement are set into place.
The first foundation wall panel is positioned over the already installed frost wall. Dave Bruni the Chase Precast sales representative stands ready to assist the set crew as required.
The installation crew continues to set foundation wall panels along the back of the foundation.
The panel setting process continues. Note the panel configured for windows and a patio door at the south end of the basement.
Both of the sides and the back foundation walls are installed by the end of day one. Day Two
Day two of the foundation installation, front wall panels are in place. The crew is now ready to start setting the garage foundation wall panels.
